Chilli Cartel Umami Tsunami Sauce is a Japanese inspired hot sauce with some seriously monstrous flavours. Naturally fermented for 60 days. Base of birds eye and serrano chilli with smoked shiitake and Portobello mushroom. Traditionally prepared cured and smoked Bonito (katsuobushi), Sweet Sake wine and Locally sourced Northern NSW bush honey. Low to medium heat with MAXIMUM taste. Perfect to spice up Dumplings, Ramen and Sashimi.
